Sonnet Mondal is the founder of VerseVille (formerly The Enchanting Verses Literary Review) and currently serves in its editorial board. He has authored six books of poems including An Afternoon in My mind (Copper Coin 2022) and Karmic Chanting (Copper Coin 2018). He serves as the director of Chair Poetry Evenings - Kolkata's International Poetry Festival.​
